Presentation
GRASM is an associative diving club affiliated with the French Federation of Underwater Sports (FFESSM).
The center is ideally located in Anse du Pharo in Marseille, at the exit of the Old Port.
Supervision is provided by professional instructors with state (DEJEPS) and federal (FFESSM) qualifications.
The GRASM has parking, changing rooms with hot showers, and direct access to the sea with a panoramic view of the Palace and the Pharo gardens.
Baptism
Are you a beginner and want to discover the activity, alone or with others? A first dive allows you to discover the activity during a first excursion to a maximum depth of 6 meters, for about twenty minutes.
Training courses
As part of its membership in the FFESSM and the French Diving School, GRASM provides all training (air and mixed gas) developed by the Sports Code (supervised and independent divers).
Instructors monitor each diver in training. You can book the outings that suit you, based on your schedule and availability (intensive or staggered training).
The FFESSM levels provide skills linked to certain areas of development, allowing you to develop independently or with the supervision of an instructor at certain depths:
Level 1 allows supervised diving in the 20m zone (PE20)
Level 2 allows supervised diving in deep space (40m) and autonomously in middle space (20m), the equivalent of a PA20/PE40 qualification.
Level 3 allows you to progress independently and with supervision beyond deep space (PA40/PA60/PE60)
If you'd like to pursue specific qualifications without going through levels, that's also possible. We offer you the option of directly pursuing the supervised qualifications: PE12/PE20/PE40/PE60 or the autonomous diving qualifications: PA12/PA20/PA40. Please note that some qualifications require prerequisites.

Explo dives
With its fast boats, the GRASM invites you to explore the exceptional natural riches of Marseille harbor: protected archipelagos (Frioul, Riou, Planier), underwater arches of the Pharillons, majestic drop-offs of Tiboulen, Moyades, Impériaux, numerous mythical wrecks: Liban, Chaouen, Dalton, Drôme, Ker Bihan, Junker 88, Miquelon, St Dominique... So many evocative names that bear witness to the history and diversity of Marseille's underwater landscapes.
